Made using the original Holladay recipe with wheat replacing rye, this bourbon is distilled, aged, and bottled entirely on-site in the historic Holladay Distillery, founded in 1856. Barreled in Missouri white oak and aged in iron-clad rickhouses, it is bottled at 100 proof and classified as a Bottled-in-Bond and Real Missouri Bourbon. Its mash bill of 73% corn, 15% wheat, and 12% barley gives the whiskey a soft, sweet profile, delivering a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and an elegant finish that contrasts the spice-forward character of traditional rye bourbons.
