Despite being destroyed during World War I, the distillery was rebuilt and continues its legacy under the ownership of Alessandro Turchetto. The recipe for Il Tramonto Amaretto has been preserved for nearly a century, delivering a superior flavor profile that has earned loyal appreciation among amaretto enthusiasts. Recognized for both its authenticity and taste, this liqueur proudly carries a 91-point rating, deemed "Exceptional" by the Beverage Tasting Institute.
