Innocent Bystander Pink Moscato

Innocent Bystander Pink Moscato is a charming wine that confidently showcases its character. It offers sweet, juicy berry flavors, abundant bubbles, and a delightful fresh finish. Crafting a wine that looks and tastes this good is no small feat, but this Moscato makes it seem effortless, and you can enjoy it, too. It pairs wonderfully with surprises. This wine is made from a blend of Black and Gordo Muscat grapes, with 82% coming from Black Muscat and 18% from Gordo Muscat, all sourced from Swan Hill. The grapes are harvested in the cool of night, chilled, and crushed with six hours of skin contact to enhance the color. The fermentation occurs in 100% stainless steel, producing natural bubbles through Charmat fermentation. The wine is then chilled, filtered, and bottled immediately at 0°C. With an alcohol volume (ABV) of 7%, it is perfect with fresh summer berries, double cream, crêpes drizzled with lemon syrup and orange zest, or blue cheese paired with pear.

Aroma: Fairy floss, blackcurrant, Turkish delight and mandarin peel.

Palate: Wild strawberry, violets & honeycomb with well balanced sweetness.
