J-Harden Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the sun drenched vineyards of California, where 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are meticulously cultivated. The winemaking process begins with hand picking the ripest grapes, followed by destemming and crushing to release the juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where yeast converts the sugars into alcohol. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity and is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, allowing it to develop rich flavors and complexity with 13.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).
The aging process enhances the wine's structure and depth, producing a smooth, well balanced Cabernet Sauvignon.
