Kanosuke Double Distillery is a Japanese blended whiskey made exclusively from two house-distilled spirits: a sweet, expansive single malt and a richer pot still whiskey with pronounced spice. With 53% alcohol by volume (ABV) (106 Proof), it balances fruit, herbal notes, and gentle oak with a structured, higher-proof profile suited for slow sipping. This release reflects a precise blend designed to highlight contrast and harmony rather than dominance.

Color: Clear amber brown.

Aroma: Vanilla, mint, lemongrass, apricot, melon, and yellow peach.

Palate: Sweet entry with clove, black tea, tangerine orange, and Japanese cinnamon (nikki).

Finish: Moderately oaky with rich fruit, ending soft with a light, pleasant bitterness.
