La Marca Prosecco

La Marca Prosecco is a sparkling wine from the Veneto region of Italy, bottled at 11% alcohol by volume (ABV). Produced under the Prosecco DOC designation, this wine is created from grapes selected from small vineyards throughout the region. After harvest, the grapes are gently crushed and pressed using membrane presses. The juice is allowed to cold-settle before undergoing initial fermentation in upright stainless-steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 65 degrees Fahrenheit. The still wine is then aged on its lees before secondary fermentation, contributing to its balance and freshness.

La Marca Prosecco offers a lively, refreshing profile with a hint of sweetness, enhancing its versatility. It reveals delicate aromas of citrus and subtle flavors. It is clean and vibrant, offering crisp fruit flavors with a light touch of sweetness that balances saltier dishes such as pasta or pizza while complementing lighter fare like salads or fish.
