Laya Organic Anejo Cristal Tequila is an ultra-premium cristalino tequila produced in Amatitan, within Mexico's Tequila Valley, and made from 100% blue agave. Although clear in appearance, it is aged for 18 months in American oak barrels initially seasoned with bourbon, then carefully filtered to preserve mature character while delivering a refined, crystal-clear profile. Produced by Laya Tequila, this tequila is organic and kosher-certified, bottled at 40% Alcohol by Volume (ABV) (80 Proof). Traditional methods are employed throughout production, including masonry-oven cooking for 28 hours, slow double distillation, and extended barrel aging, which results in a smooth, elegant tequila with clarity and depth. Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to appreciate its texture, aroma, and balanced cristalino character.
