Le Grand Noir Chardonnay

Le Grand Noir Chardonnay is a delightful white wine that offers an elegant blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Viognier. Sourced from the cool, sun-kissed vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon in southern France, this wine benefits from a unique terroir of clay and limestone terraces. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their optimal ripeness, with 30% of the Chardonnay barrel fermented in French and American oak. The remaining Chardonnay is fermented stainless steel, while the Viognier sees no oak aging. This meticulous winemaking process yields a vibrant, yellow-hued wine with aromas of lime and mango, complemented by subtle hints of toasted vanilla. 

This Chardonnay has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 13.5%. On the palate, Le Grand Noir Chardonnay offers a rich yet refreshing experience, with distinct lemon-lime flavors and subtle oak influences.
