Le Grand Noir GSM Red Blend

Le Grand Noir GSM Red Blend is a remarkable red wine made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 14.5%, this wine comes from the sun-drenched vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon in southern France, where the terroir, comprising clay and limestone terraces, lends it a unique character. The grapes are carefully harvested at peak ripeness, and the wine is macerated on the skins for 4 weeks before undergoing malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

This wine pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or a classic French cassoulet. Its soft, fruity character makes it an excellent choice to enjoy on its own, but it also complements rich dishes like rack of lamb or BBQ.
