Made in the heart of the Great Plains, this bourbon benefits from Iowa's dramatic seasonal temperature swings, which help create a profile that is soft, clean, and naturally spicy. Made from a mashbill of 74% Iowa-grown corn, 14% rye, and 12% malted barley, it was aged for 5 years in a new American oak barrel and bottled without chill filtration or added color.

With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 58.9%, this cask-strength bourbon delivers richness and freshness while remaining balanced and approachable, offering a refined expression of Midwestern bourbon character.
