Lost Lantern Ironroot Republic Double Barrel Texas Bourbon is a special fifth-anniversary single-cask release selected from Ironroot Republic Distilling on the north Texas plains, a family-owned distillery known for European distillation techniques and heirloom corn experimentation.

This double-barrel bourbon is made from a distinctive mashbill of yellow dent corn, Bloody Butcher corn, Floriani flint corn, and Elbon rye, first aged for three years in a new 65-gallon American oak barrel, then re-barreled for an additional year in an identical cask. Unlike many Texas bourbons, this release was already undergoing slow proofing in barrel at the time of selection, resulting in a softer, more integrated profile.

With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 54%, it delivers richness and depth while remaining balanced and expressive, bottled without chill filtration or added color.
