Luccio Chianti

Luccio Chianti from Tuscany, Italy, is a D.O.C.G. red wine that beautifully expresses the character of the Sangiovese grape blended with a touch of Canaiolo. Composed of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Canaiolo, this wine is rich and full-bodied, offering aromas and flavors of black cherry, plum, spice, and a subtle hint of licorice. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 12.5%, it delivers a balanced and flavorful experience that reflects the traditional winemaking of the Chianti region. The grapes are hand-harvested from select vineyards in rolling hills where warm days and cool nights help develop their depth and complexity. After harvest, the wine undergoes 17 days of maceration on the skins in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures, resulting in a structured yet approachable style.

This Chianti is best enjoyed with grilled steak, pizza, aged cheeses, or classic pasta dishes with red sauce, making it an excellent pairing for hearty meals and gatherings.
