Lunazul Blanco Tequila

Lunazul Blanco Tequila is a silver tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, with 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) and 80 proof. This spirit is produced by Tierra de Agaves using 100 percent Tequilana Weber agave and deep well water. The distillery's heritage is maintained through a process that includes high-pressure autoclave cooking and roller-mill extraction, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and double distillation in stainless pot stills with copper coils.

What makes it special is its unaged spirit, which allows the pure agave flavor to remain the primary focus. The specific distillation and filtration methods result in an exceptionally smooth and balanced tequila with a crystal clear color and a platinum cast. This process creates a light and airy body, making the spirit an ideal choice for high-quality tequila cocktails or for sipping neat to appreciate the raw agave character.

The profile reveals a refreshing, fruity nose with tropical and apple notes, alongside a healthy dose of salt and citrus, similar to fresh agave.
