Maestro Dobel Tahona Blanco is an artisanal, 100% organic silver tequila from Mexico, crafted by Maestro Dobel under Becle SAB de. Produced using the centuries-old volcanic-stone tahona method, masonry-oven–cooked Blue Weber agave hearts are slowly crushed and fermented with their fibers for six to seven days in open-air, wood-lined vats using wild ambient yeast, then double-distilled in small copper pot stills.
This traditional process preserves natural agave sweetness and complexity, delivering a bright, elegant profile with cooked agave, white pepper, lemongrass, and eucalyptus. With 40.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) (81 Proof), this tequila, best enjoyed neat or in classic cocktails, pairs beautifully with ceviche, grilled seafood, citrus-forward dishes, and fresh salsas.
Notably, all profits support community and education programs in Tequila, Jalisco. Maestro Dobel Tahona Blanco Tequila is a pure, purpose-driven expression, traditional in spirit, modern in clarity, celebrating organic agave, heritage methods, and community impact.
