Mean Mule Silver Agave Spirit

American Agave Spirit is an expression of spirits distilled from the agave plant, though it is not tequila. The name "tequila" and the spirit it describes have a denomination of origin status and geographic indication, much like champagne. 

Handcrafted from 100% organic Blue Weber Agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico, this spirit is carefully fermented and distilled in Kansas City, Missouri, offering a feisty yet delicate, light-bodied, and refreshing taste with 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) (80 Proof). Each batch is twice distilled in copper column stills, with wide cuts explicitly made to highlight the unique character of the agave. 

The spirit is gently proofed and rested in stainless steel for 60 days to enhance its flavor profile. Mean Mule Silver American Agave Spirit evokes the feeling of riding a bike with no hands, the first nights of summer, or the perfect Paloma, with soft notes of vanilla and delicate florals.
