The grapes are harvested at peak maturity, fully de-stemmed, and gently pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 60°F for 6 to 8 weeks. The wine is then aged on fine lees in stainless steel, enhancing its freshness and texture without oak influence. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 13%, it combines vibrant fruit, floral character, and balanced minerality.
