Miraval Cotes de Provence Rose

Miraval Cotes de Provence Rose wine is crafted from grapes sourced from vineyards near the village of Correns, located just north of Brignoles in the heart of Provence, France, at Chateau Miraval. The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and undergo a two-step sorting process. The winemaking process includes destemming and direct pressing for the Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle varieties. Syrah grapes are partially vinified using the "saignee" method. Fermentation primarily occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and barrels, with periodic batonnage to enhance the wine's characteristics. Miraval Rose is a delightful blend of fruits, aromas, and freshness, crafted from exceptional terroirs in Provence.
