Nc'nean Organic Single Malt

Nc'nean Organic Single Malt is an unpeated single malt Scotch whiskey produced in Scotland by Nc'nean using 100% organic Scottish barley. Prepared through gentle fermentation and distillation to highlight delicate, fruity character, the whiskey is matured in a carefully balanced combination of STR red wine casks, bourbon barrels, and a small portion of oloroso sherry casks to develop its signature body and natural sweetness. Bottled with natural colour and non-chill filtered, it is certified organic and gluten-free, with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 46%, and produced in a verified net-zero distillery, reflecting a modern, sustainability-focused approach to Scotch whiskey.

Aroma: orange peel, biscuit, apricot, raspberry jam.

Palate: lemon posset, stone fruit, spiced rye bread, honey, fudge.

Finish: medium, juicy fruits and cream.
