Building upon America's 1897 Bottled in Bond, already the world's highest quality standard for aged spirits, New Riff Bourbon is Bottled Bond Without Chill Filtration. It is a modern take on Kentucky's most revered whiskey traditions, with a mash bill comprising Non G,MO grains such as corn, rye, and malted barley. The wine is aged for four years in 53 gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, with no shortcuts used throughout the winemaking process. All New Riff whiskeys are created using the whole sour mash Kentucky Regimen, feature an age declaration, and are always bottled without chill filtration.
