The creation of Nobleza 33 Reposado Legado Tequila begins in the fertile lands of Jalisco, where only the finest Tequilana Weber Agave is harvested. The hearts of these agaves are painstakingly cooked in traditional Stone and Brick Ovens, ensuring the development of deep, rich flavors. The time-honored Tahona method is employed for extraction, meticulously crushing the agave to release its purest juices. This commitment to tradition extends to using deep, healthy water and a comprehensive fermentation process that includes stainless steel tanks, open-air fermentation, and fermentation with and without fibers, always from 100% agave. The spirit then undergoes a precise 2x distilled process in classic Copper Pot stills, preserving its vibrant core character.
This Reposado Tequila is unique because it was aged for six months in American oak barrels that were once used to make Sherry. The spirit gains deep depth and intricate nuances from this special aging process.
