Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur

For three generations, the Purkhart family has composed this all-natural walnut liqueur using a cherished family recipe, celebrated for its smooth finish and balanced flavor. 

Each summer, fresh green walnuts of the delicate "Weinsberg" variety are handpicked near Sankt Peter in der Au. These walnuts steep for months in grape brandy, with the final month incorporating a blend of alpine botanicals and spices. 

The result is a rich, flavorful walnut liqueur that is pleasantly sweet, perfect for enjoying after dinner, in coffee, or in cream- or egg-based drinks. This liqueur is bottled at 32% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Aroma: Fresh green walnuts, subtle spices, and herbal undertones.

Palate: Smooth walnut flavor with hints of spice and a balanced sweetness.
