Old Elk Blended Bourbon

Old Elk Blended Bourbon is a masterful expression of patience and precision, using a unique slow cut proofing process that enhances the whiskey's flavors through repeated cutting and resting of the full barrel proof bourbon. 

Unlike traditional proofing that takes only 24–48 hours, the Slow Cut technique allows the bourbon to marry gradually, resulting in a smoother, more balanced spirit. Sweet vanilla and caramel aromas mingle with clove spice, subtle maple, and nutty almond, while the palate delivers layers of maple syrup, almond, raw bran, chocolate, deep wood, and coconut. 

This bourbon is bottled at 44% alcohol by volume (ABV) (88 Proof) and has earned numerous accolades, including Gold at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Silver at the 2018 WSWA Tasting Competition, Gold at the 2017 Breckenridge Craft Spirits Festival, and Colorado Distillery of the Year honors in 2016 and 2017 from the New York International Spirits Competition.
