OneHope Brut is a beautifully crafted sparkling wine of award winning quality, part of the Vintner Collection that pays homage to OneHope Wine, LLC winery nestled in the heart of Napa Valley. This Champagne style California sparkling brut is fresh and delightful, featuring pineapple and citrus notes combined with crisp green apples. The winemaking process begins with carefully selecting and harvesting Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from renowned vineyards in California. The grapes are gently pressed to extract the juice, which undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and vibrant fruit flavors. Following the primary fermentation, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, a traditional method known as Methode Champenoise, which imparts the characteristic bubbles and complexity to the wine. The aging process is crucial in developing the wine's depth and character, with the wine resting on its lees for an extended period to enhance its texture and flavor profile with 11% alcohol by volume (ABV).
