Pasqua 11 Minutes Rose is crafted by the renowned Pasqua Vignette Cantine, a family owned winery established in 1925 and located in Verona, Italy. The wine is a blend of noble native varietals such as Corvina and Trebbiano di Lugana and international varietals like Syrah and Carmenere. The grapes are sourced from the picturesque region of Veneto, specifically around Lake Garda and Verona.

The winemaking process for Pasqua 11 Minutes Rose is meticulous and begins with a very brief skin contact of just 11 minutes, which gives the wine its delicate pink hue. After this, the grapes are softly pressed, and the must is cooled and transferred to stainless steel tanks, which remain for about 11 hours to allow the solid parts to settle. The fermentation process is carefully controlled at temperatures, and selected yeast is used to ensure the best quality. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains in contact with the lees for 3 to 4 months, enhancing its complexity and texture. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled in preparation for commercial release with 12.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).
