Penelope Architect Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a masterful blend that sets a new blueprint for precision blending. Formulated from Penelope's signature four-grain mash bill - corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley, this bourbon is finished with two unique styles of French oak staves. 

Created in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux, France's leader in oak barrel innovation, each stave is selected using the advanced OakScan process to achieve remarkable balance and depth. 

Non-chill filtered and aged between 4 and 5.5 years in #4 char barrels with #2 heads, Architect delivers a rich, creamy flavor experience that's both structured and refined. Bottled at 52% alcohol by volume (ABV), 104 Proof, it's a bold yet elegant expression of modern bourbon craftsmanship.

Aroma: Sweet candied cream and floral tones with hints of creme brulee.

Palate: Layers of sweet vanilla and viscous cream balanced by savory oak.
