The Story Behind the Barrel

In February, Aarya and a dedicated crew of fellow Big T's customers travelled directly to the historic MGP facility in Indiana with one clear mission: find a barrel that stands completely apart from the rest. We got down to business and tapped five entirely unique, mature barrels. While all of them were impressive, this one was the undisputed king of the lot—a unanimous favorite that blew everyone away.

The Real Age

Don't let the standard "10 Years Old" estate label fool you. This exceptionally rare barrel spent some extra, well-deserved time in the wood, making it 11 years and 2 months old at the time of bottling.

True to its name, the "Cherry Bomber" delivers an explosive profile. It is packed with deep, jammy dark cherry notes, rich vanilla, and a heavy, structured oak backbone earned from its extended aging. It's a bold, complex pour picked by our community, for our community.
