Pinckney Bend Hand Crafted American Gin

Pinckney Bend Gin is produced in small batches with botanicals handled individually; some are macerated and distilled, while others are suspended in the vapor column. Traditional gin ingredients such as juniper, coriander, orris, and angelica are complemented by nuanced flavors of cardamom, lavender, and blended citrus. 

The resulting American gin has balanced layers of flavor and aromatics, beginning with a classic juniper nose that transitions into a soft, sweet aroma. A slight front-heat gives way to a crisp, light citrus finish, while the body remains clean and well-balanced. It is bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) (93 Proof). 

Pinckney Bend Gin has been recognized with a gold medal at the San Francisco International Spirits Competition, a gold at the MicroLiquor Spirit Awards in Los Angeles, and a bronze at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London. 

Aroma: Juniper-forward with soft sweetness, subtle lavender, and cardamom.

Palate: Layered depth of flavor with coriander, citrus, and angelica.

Finish: Crisp, light citrus with gentle warming spice.
