Proclamation Irish Whiskey is a refined blend of the finest grain whiskies from across Ireland, crafted in small batches for a complex yet smooth character. Triple distilled and matured in new American oak bourbon casks, then blended with a touch of sherry-finished malt, it delivers a rich, rounded, and toasted finish. At 40.7% alcohol by volume (ABV) (81.4 Proof), this whiskey offers a clean, approachable taste that’s perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or in premium cocktails.

The nose opens with ripe Williams pear, followed by notes of apricot and creme brulee, evolving into rich custard, freshly brewed cappuccino, and subtle woody undertones. On the palate, toasted brioche, baked pastry, and yellow fruits give way to a mid-palate fusion of tannins, culminating in an overwhelmingly smooth, creamy finish with hints of toasted cereal.
