Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 12 delivers the rich complexity and distinctive character of Pot Still Irish whiskey. Matured in a combination of Bourbon-seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, each bottle showcases the iconic Redbreast sherry style. 

With 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) and 80 Proof, its full-flavored profile is complemented by a complex, spicy, and fruity nose with toasted wood notes, and a palate that is silky smooth, harmoniously balancing spice, fruit, sherry, and toasted nuances. 

The finish is long and satisfying, leaving lingering flavors on the palate. Recognized internationally, Redbreast 12 has earned the titles of World's Best Whiskey, the Worldwide Whiskey Trophy 2019, and accolades from the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
