Saddlehill Starflower is a delicately crafted white wine crafted from a blend of Cayuga, Vidal Blanc, Traminette, and Chardonnay grapes from Saddlehill Winery & Vineyards in New Jersey, United States. It is bottled at 13% alcohol by volume (ABV). This estate-produced white blend captures the expressive character of Saddlehill's passion for crafting balanced, aromatic wines.

Smaller, more concentrated grapes produced wines with enhanced flavors and structure, thanks to the season's consistent dryness and reduced rainfall. Saddlehill's winemakers were able to produce Starflowers with vivid acidity and bright fruit purity because of this exceptional growing season.

Starflower boasts a beautifully layered profile, offering an appealing balance of sweetness and acidity. Aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle, and white flowers lead into a palate filled with luscious lychee, baked Bosc pears, guava, and honeydew melon.
