Bottled at 52.9% alcohol by volume (ABV) (105.8 Proof), non-chill filtered, it balances the distillery's gentle coastal style with layered tropical fruit and vanilla-driven oak influence. This whiskey is best suited for slow, neat sipping.

Aroma: Apricot jam, ripe banana, raspberry, whipped cream, light oak, and nutmeg.

Palate: Peach and mango with vanilla cream, condensed milk, and shortbread spice.
