SelvaRey White Rum

SelvaRey set out to change the perception of white rum, long considered undrinkable on its own despite being the base of iconic cocktails like Mojitos, Cuba Libres, Mai Tais, and Daiquiris. Their goal was to create a white rum fine enough to sip on the rocks yet versatile enough to elevate cocktails. This blend combines a three-year-old rum, bringing youthful vibrancy and fresh-cut sugarcane character, with a mature five-year-old rum that adds caramel and butterscotch notes. The rum is delicately charcoal-filtered to remove color, leaving elegance and balance in its place. Tasting notes include vanilla, key lime pie, citrus, and pineapple. SelvaRey White Rum is bottled at 40% alcohol by volume (ABV) and has earned top accolades, including 94 points from Tasting Panel the highest-rated white rum ever and a Double Gold Medal from The Fifty Best. Founded in 2014 in California by Seth and Mark Gold with Robert Herzig, SelvaRey is distilled at a single estate in Panama. Singer Bruno Mars later joined as co-owner and creative visionary, helping bring the brand to global recognition.
