This exclusive expression, part of the Siempre Exclusivo series, is the result of a collaboration between renowned Master Tequilero Sergio Cruz and International Tequila Academy founder Adam Fodor. Drawing inspiration from an old Hispanic-Peruvian production method, this tequila features live yeast fermentation, a technique rarely, if ever, applied in the tequila industry.
Made from 100% Blue Weber and El Chivo agave, grown in the highlands of Arandas, Jalisco, Siempre Exclusivo Vivo is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The agave is slow-cooked in stone and brick ovens, then crushed using a low-pressure roller mill. The fermentation process is wild, open-air, and accompanied by classical music, producing a tequila that is both uniquely complex and deeply refined. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 47.5% and 95 Proof, this high-proof, unfiltered tequila delivers a rich, smooth, and refined sipping experience.
