The fermentation process employs the innovative "Mozart Method," a unique blend of champagne and rum yeasts that imparts a harmonious balance between highland and lowland agave flavors. This unaged tequila is distilled twice in copper pot stills, preserving the pure essence of agave with every sip.
With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40% and 80 Proof, Siempre Plata delivers a crisp, vibrant profile, making it an exceptional choice for tequila enthusiasts and newcomers alike. The tequila is bottled in 100% recycled glass bottles, with labels made from agave and hemp fibers, and closures are sustainably sourced cork, all within 100 km of the distillery.
