Siempre Supremo Tequila is an extraordinary high-proof silver tequila made from 100% tahona-crushed Supremo agave, which is the world's most expensive agave variety. Known for its high sugar content, this agave is sourced from the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico, resulting in exceptional depth of flavor.
The agave is carefully baked in traditional brick ovens, then crushed using a volcanic stone wheel (tahona method) to extract the maximum essence. The fermentation process is natural, using open-air spontaneous fermentation with fibers, and the tequila is double-distilled in alambique stills to retain its rich complexity.
With 43% alcohol by volume (ABV) (86 Proof), Siempre Supremo is bottled at still strength, unfiltered, and rested in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its bold, authentic flavors. Best enjoyed neat or over ice, this tequila offers a wild, complex flavor experience that highlights the purity of the agave.
