Smoke Wagon Uncut the Younger Bourbon

Released in the fall of 2019, this bourbon was crafted to be an affordable everyday option while still carrying the unmistakable Smoke Wagon flavor profile. Defined by delicate, sweet notes and a rye spice finish, it is prepared from a high rye mash bill and aged in barrels stored on the top two floors of the warehouse, where the intense summer heat enhances the interaction with the wood. Never rotating the barrels prevents harsh tannin flavors, while non-chill filtration preserves a rich, creamy texture well beyond its years. The result is a bourbon that is smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced, earning a Double Gold at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
