Still Austin Bottled in Bond Red Corn Bourbon is an American bourbon whiskey produced by Still Austin in Austin, Texas, United States. Released as a Summer 2025 expression, this bottled-in-bond bourbon is aged at least six years and built around the powerful nuttiness of Jimmy Red corn balanced by the sweet spice of rye. This combination proved popular in its prior release, and gains added depth with extended aging and an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 50%. Formulated to meet bottled-in-bond standards, it reflects a bold yet structured style that emphasizes grain character and maturation.
