The Whistler Double Oaked

The Whistler Double Oaked is a blended Irish whiskey from Ireland, with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%. This hand-selected, premium expression is crafted in small batches using some of Ireland’s finest malt and grain whiskeys. The Head Distiller selects whiskeys matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels before transferring them into signature Oloroso sherry barrels for six months, resulting in a complex and full-bodied whiskey. Triple-distilled for smoothness, this award-winning spirit is aged in two separate barrels to enhance its depth and flavor, making it perfect for an Irish Old Fashioned or an Irish Mule. Salted caramel and vanilla leap out of the glass, accompanied by light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey, and a hint of nuts. This expression has earned 90 points from both Whiskey Advocate and Wine Enthusiast in 2020.
