The Whistler P.X. I Love You is a single malt Irish whiskey from Ireland, produced by The Whistler with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 46%. This exceptional whiskey is crafted from 100% malted barley and initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished for at least 9 months in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The influence of these fortified wine casks imparts a decadent sherry character, exuding delicious flavors of dark fruits and chocolate. The whiskey opens with a wood-forward profile and delivers an incredibly viscous yet crisp palate. Notes of dried fruits and brown sugar from the nose are joined by walnut, zesty citrus, and a hint of leather.
