Ultimate Provence Rose

Ultimate Provence Rose, originating from the picturesque Cotes de Provence region, is a carefully crafted blend of 30% Cinsault, 30% Grenache noir, 30% Syrah, and 10% Rolle grapes. This region, renowned for its exceptional terroir, provides the perfect environment for these grape varieties to flourish. The winemaking process begins with meticulously selecting the best grapes and gently pressing them to extract the finest juices. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 16 to 18 degrees C, preserving delicate aromas and flavors. The wine is then aged on its lees briefly, adding complexity and richness before final blending. Ultimate Provence Rose is best enjoyed within two years of bottling to fully appreciate its fresh and vibrant character with 12.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).
