Aged in new, charred oak barrels, this Kentucky straight bourbon leans heavily into dark chocolate and coffee-driven flavors, supported by intense oak and spice from extended barrel interaction. Designed for experienced bourbon drinkers, it is best approached neat in small pours or with a few drops of water.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Dark chocolate, espresso, toasted oak, clove, and nutmeg.
Palate: Bitter cocoa, dried cherry, cranberry, dark roasted coffee, and charred oak.
