Simi Landslide Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep garnet hue with a ruby edge and captures the classic character of California's wine country. Composed from a blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec, and 1% Petite Sirah, it's rich, layered, and perfectly balanced. 

Toasty oak adds warmth to aromas of dark bramble, dried blueberry, exotic spice, and roasted coffee, while subtle notes of juniper and violet bring extra depth. 

With 14.5% alcohol by volume (ABV), this Cabernet is elegant yet bold, delivering jammy black cherry and plum on the palate with hints of black licorice, cocoa, and a touch of peppery cassis. Smooth and food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with grilled portobello mushrooms, steak, short ribs, hearty burgers, and aged cheeses.
